Zaneta has curated a life rooted in health, family, and community. As co founder of Anchorage VegFest and founder of the Sunday Fresh Market and the Anchorage Summer Night Market, Zaneta is passionate about creating spaces that bring people together to learn, grow, and support one another. She has spent the last several years building platforms that empower families to live well, eat well, and thrive.

Together with her husband, Zaneta is raising two plant-based children. Whether it's curating events, homeschooling, or helping others explore a more conscious lifestyle, her mission is always the same: to make healthy, ethical living approachable, joyful, and inclusive for everyone.

Dr. Owen Mandanas is the co-founder of Anchorage VegFest, and a holistic and integrative dentist in Anchorage, and a longtime advocate for health-centered community education.

Dr. Owen brings years of experience in functional wellness and whole-body healing to the team. Her work goes far beyond dentistry she’s passionate about helping Alaskans live vibrant, intentional lives through better nutrition, mindfulness, and sustainable choices.

When she’s not busy with her practice you can find Owen hiking Alaska’s trails, participating in local races, or spending quality time with her husband, their boys, and their dog Frank.

Together, Zaneta and Owen co-host Anchorage VegFest with one shared goal: to inspire lasting change through education, empowerment, and community.
